As music director in private schools across the country for many years, David Ballesteros instills performance excellence into each one of his students. His gentle manner and amazing skill on the flute inspires all ages. He has taught preschool through upper grades, conducting choirs, bands, orchestras and hand chime productions, arranging and writing music for them as needed. As director of the GLAA Wind Symphony, he led the school’s music department in tours throughout the United States and Puerto Rico. He has served in churches, evangelistic meetings and summer camps as music minister. He performed with bands in Michigan and North Dakota in addition to teaching Spanish in many schools where he has served. Mr. Ballesteros holds a B.A. in Music education from UNAC and a Master’s degree in Flute performance from Andrews University.
